"Fear is what blinds us to the real dangers of the life. In fact, fear itself is the greatest danger the human body faces. It is fear and guilt that bring about disease and failure in every area of our lives."
David R Hawkins
The Pain of Fear

The Possibilities Without Fear
“Handling an emotional crisis leads to greater wisdom and results in lifetime benefits. Fear of life is really the fear of emotions. It is not the facts that we fear but our feelings about them. Once we have mastery over our feelings, our fear of life diminishes.”
― David R. Hawkins,

Fear of danger runs the world.
Fear of Covid, Fear of War, Fear of Old Age, Fear of bankruptcy, fear of getting sick, fear of rejection, fear of public speaking. Along with a multitude of social fears. It is a basic motivator in the lives of most people. Fearful thinking can grow exponentially into paranoia or generate neurotic defense structures. Fear is contagious and loves company. A Victim of fear is always willing to tell anybody all of their fears.

To live in fear and to focus on it, the endless fearful events of the world feed on it. The growth of fears is as limitless as the human imagination.

Fear limits the growth of the personality and leads to inhibition. Fearful people look for strong leaders to lead them out of Fear.

The steps out of FEAR:
Have the courage to face the feelings of Fear.
Do not suppress it.
Write the feelings down as they arise. Let it flow onto paper or a keyboard.
Use this simple technique called “And Then What?”
For Example:
I am scared I will get Covid
And Then What?
Then I will be sick
And Then What?
Then I will be in bed for a period of time
And Then What?
Then I will not be able to go to work
And Then What?
Then Somebody else must do my work
And Then What?
Then I will lose my job

And Then what?
Then I will have no money for food
And so on. You may stop sooner or you can carry on until you are satisfied the fear is gone.
Until you reach the last point where we are all afraid of physical death.

Finally, when the fact of physical death is accepted and surrendered to God, the core of the fear falls away.
